critical museology, anthropology of institutions, ‘elite-’ and ‘audit cultures’, visitor studies, collections, materiality.
Current Projects:
My doctoral research focuses on the recent emphasis on democratizing the museum within trends toward large-scale museum departmentalization, self-evaluation and business organizational models.
