Research interests: Northwest Coast archaeology, the archaeology of warfare, practice theory, agency, identity, indigenous knowledge, cultural landscapes, production of archaeological knowledge, defensive sites, spatial analysis, GIS

Current Projects: Kisha is currently researching patterns of warfare and identity formation in the late pre-contact period in the Lower Fraser Canyon of British Columbia. As part of her dissertation research, she is mapping and testing a series of constructed rock features in the region and performing a set of spatial analysis to explore possible meanings and uses of these features in the past.
