Anthropology Online Journal
The main purpose of this Online Journal is for Anthropology students (both undergraduate and graduate) to share ideas, research questions, and interests in anthropology. Students were encouraged to submit papers from their courses and/or from their particular research topics. Two editors reviewed the papers and chose six papers for the first volume of this Online Journal.
Our goal is to continue to publish students' papers every academic year and produce more specialized editions (on specific topics, anthropological themes, and anthropological branches i.e. archaeology, medical anthro, etc.). For suggestions, comments, questions, and submissions email us at: ubcanthro@gmail.com
Thanks to all the students who submitted papers for the first volume and for those who contributed in making this Online Journal possible: Marlee McGuire and Margaret Eno (Volume 1 Editors), ASA executives, AGSA, AMS Innovative Projects Iniciative, Dr. John Barker (Anthro Head), Anth Faculty and Staff, and Aidan Carruthers (for designing the Culturepedia Logo).
